The Detailing Pros

Andrew is rude and has no service mind. No matter how good you can clean cars, if you can't deal with customer service in a service industry, then I doubt it will go far. Keep using his business if you think otherwise, but I am speaking out so you can be aware that he might not be what you think he is based on these suspicious all 5 stars review.

From day one when my car broke down to the day I picked it up from being repaired:110% impressed with my total experience! The level of honest expertise, prompt communication and commitment to both myself and my vehicle exceeded any of the large chain repair shops that I’ve always used in the past. Absolutely nothing negative to report as he went above and beyond! The unexpected surprise upon picking up my car was opening the door to what looked like a brand new car!! Completely detailed!! Immaculate!! I’m on the road more than off and my car serves as much more than transportation. It’s my dining room, roadside rest , and traveling closet!! Needless to say the transformation went from 0 to 1000!!! Deserving of a blue ribbon, first place trophy and a sky full of stars, not just 5!! Thanks for who you are and how that shines through pride in your work!!

I have a 2007 Nissan Maxima and after years of use, the plastic headlight covers were very yellow and it was affecting the brightness of my headlights. I took it to a dealership and they removed some of the yellow but not all of it. Then I took it to Faustin, The Detailing Pros, and for half of what I paid at the dealership, he had the headlight covers crystal clear and looking brand new! My headlights are so bright and night driving is no longer a problem. This guy is simply AMAZING! He's a perfectionist and it shows in his work. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND him, if I could give more stars, I definitely would because he deserves it!

These guys did one helluva detail job on my old Highlander! Kid messed, food-spilled, looked like a junk yard special. Faustin made the vehicle look BRAND NEW!! Actually it was cleaner than when I purchased the vehicle. A few weeks after it was detailed to perfection, I learned I needed new breaks. He said he can do that too, so I hired him for all new breaks and my Highlander is now PERFECT! I paid half of the quote amount the dealership wanted to do my break job! I can’t recommend these guys enough! FABULOUS SERVICE! HIGH END WORK!

Had TheDetailing Pros fully detail my Jeep. Very pleased with their work. I have kids and a dog so my Jeep was a disaster. I almost cried when I picked it up because of how amazing of a job he did! Not sure how he does it. He's very talented and experienced with his work. Deserves all the recognition. I'll for sure be back! Thank you!!
